It is quite ridiculous to even think that Taj Mahal had ever been a Hindu temple. It is merely a poisoned propaganda of ignorant, biased, jealous, fanatic and facist hindus, similar to the drama of Babary Mosque.
If Muslims had such inferior mentality like hindus they would have eradicated hinduism at all from subcontinent during their 1000-years rule over India.
….It is a state of art architecture of Central Asian Muslims. Hindus never used such architecture for their temples before or after construction of Taj Mahal. Even they were never able to build such a tremendous building anywhere in Sub-continent during their whole history, where as Muslims have a number of buildings with similar construction design in Middle East, Spain, Turkey, Iran and Central Asia even before the construction of Taj Mohal…..

Of course its an Islamic Monument, any one who thinks it isn’t is either very ignorant or plain stupid! 1) There is a mosque inside the complex 2) more then 40 verses from the Holy Quraan on the actual Taj and the actual tombs, can you not see the arabic scriptures in the video? 3) Built by Shah Jahan, a Muslim.
Anyway, its not relevant, its for all religions to enjoy, christian muslim jew hindu sikh buddhists etc. Enjoy the architecture and beauty and dont discuss politics or religion.

Its appearance it self looks nothing like a temple to start with and look at other temples of that time they are extremely primitive. Also tajamahal has islamic caligraphy on its entrance and the designs are very similar to other mosques. Besideds it looks like a mosque with minarets around it.

Taj mahal is an indian muslim piece of work. That is a historical fact. Only hindu extremist believe it was a temple. They cannot fathom anything positive coming from muslims, and instead preoccupy themselves with the negatives.
Everything about the taj mahal is islamic. Sure, there are many hindu influences, but that type of fusion is ubiquitous in many north indian structures, hindu, muslim, or sikh.
