The Taj Mahal is a mausoleum. The Mughal Emperor Sh?h Jah?n commissioned it as a mausoleum for his favourite wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Construction began in 1632 and was completed in 1648. The Taj Mahal incorporates and expands on many design traditions, particularly Hindu, Persian and earlier Mughal architecture. It is famous for the use of white marble inlaid with semi-precious stones. (Wikipedia) It was unfortunately foggy when I made the video.

Agra was a capital of Bobur and His sons’ empire.
Shah Jahan built this Taj mahal and he was a grand grand son of Babur. Zahirddin Muhammad Bobur was a king in Fergana Valey (now Uzbekistan) he conquered India and became a king of and his son and grandsons etc. until british. This is true history don’t try to change it Indian people.
TAJ-MAHAL is housed with graves,so whosoever views, visits, talks, write or hears about it; out of reverence / obligation to devotedly offer /pray to ALLAH, for all souls to be in peace & ask blessings & Emaan for mankind; else one have no right over it in any form, to comment, enter its precincts, pollute, impure its air & around. Of course, first & foremost one must purify with niyyah too, so that one evades the curse in turn due; failing to abide by these basic norms.
There were Hindu OM signs over the wallls and Hindu God paintings on the walls and part of the design, when the muslims came and invaded the palace they destroyed some of the walls and got rid of anything that was Hindu on the palace. There is still alot of evidence of this if you look closly when you go to the Taj Mahal (Tej Mahalaya) I went there few years back.

Taj Mahal is the only thing got world recognition. There are also many ancient things much better then this in different part of India. Check in south of India old historic temples and architect of it is amazing.
