Bought this album in SF September 1969 on way home from Saigon. Taj was one of the best things about those years. Saw him/met him in Vancouver in 1970 when he was traveling with his ‘large band’. Another case of an artist’s fame not nearly approaching/reflecting his true greatness.

I got to see him Dec. 10. 1984 and again in 2004 in Honolulu. Dec. 10 is my birthday!!! Got his autograph on my ticket stub in 1984!
Jesse Ed Davis cooks nice here. The whole album is a classic.
