This is why you will never understand Hindu texts, they are not simple. To prove a point, take a reading of Shankaras commentary on Gaudpadas commentary on Mandukya upanishad. this upanishad conerns itself owith the nature of mind and cognition and states of consciousness. we date Shankara as around 500bce. Mandukupanishad is a very central core text. please acquire copy of this with the shankara commentary and reply back asap. p.s. thankyou for simmering down and being human again
As stated previously, Hindu texts have a different purpose to middle eastern books and talk an entirely different language. words such as investigation, consciousness, mind, cognition, self, overself, inference, deduction, cognates, perception, mindfulness, awareness, spacetime, are common words. in middle eastern books: god, devil, sin, sinner, heaven hell, punishment, believers, nonbelivers, harlots, whore, are common terms characteristic of those books, bible koran etc..
Most Hindus read vedanta. since you are a novice, the books you have mentioned are at best totally inappropriate for you. Also you do not have a background in psychology which would enable a better insight or appreciation of these ancient terse texts. purans are generally interpreted in terms of inner dynamics and are modules in psychosynthetic protocols.
regarding your reading, no one reads the veda, so i dont understand why you were especially since hinus dont. there are many purans, these are ancient lore and the symbolism needs to be understood, otherwise you are wasting your time. As far as the given pages of Badshah-Nama are concerned, those were totally rejected by Indian Supreme Court in 2000 during P.N Oak’s petition. The same was done by Allabad High court in 2005.
U have also asked about hindu literatue, well, I had gone through VEDAS (not all four), PURANA & two EPICS i.e RAMYAN & MAHABAHARAT (Bhagvat GEETA).

No the lines are very clear, and we had these translated by no less than 3 iranians back in 1982, independently who all said that the text is very clear. I even quoted you the text Imarat e alishan wa gumbaze, sorry but that is not hard to understand. Oak told me in 1978 how he had stumbled onto this. He could not read persian and so got this translated and both the translator and himself were shocked.
sorry to hear that deedat died. It was funny that he said, that it was a first in history that their should be a symposium so people could sit and hear ideas of others. Did he not consider why that should be? after all Islam had tried to be in power in india for a long time and so could easily have arranged many of these in the spirit of promoting tolerance and understanding. Instead hindus found their most sacred sites reduced to ashes, their idols put under entrances to mosques.
This is a simple comment regarding the hindu concept of god and can not be pursued on such a platform as this. You have to realise that your indian/ hindu/ buddhist culture gave birth to the oldest traditions of psychoanalysis, psychosynthesis in the world, there language and concepts are totally different from semetic understanding.
Indic traditions place much more emphasis on the self than god which just becomes a human construct.
I have been involved in interfaith dialogue at high levels for much of my life. What i realise is that I dont have to justify my belief to anyone. I can believe in what I want and if you have a problem with that then it truly is your problem and not mine. Its really between me and the creator and no one else. regarding zakirs quotes , there is enough critism on them elsewhere on the web. Ultimately zakir is only interested in trying prove that Islam is right or superior to anything else.
